Team-Based CRM
The iOffice™ rolodex is a truly unique and high value application that opens CRM data to
members who do not have a CRM seat license. Client data, rep data, external partners and internal team members
can be accessed via the iOffice™ rolodex. Data is pulled from any legacy data source to populate
the rolodex data set based on requirements. Communication can then be recorded and shared with the CRM system as needed.
Appropriate data can then be passed to workflow applications and tasks without having to leave the iOffice™.
